Artist Gail Goldin Wunsch

Gail Goldin Wunsch is a versatile artist whose talents span painting, sculpture, pottery, and jewelry/metal work. She earned a bachelor’s degree in art and completed graduate-level coursework in metal sculpture at Wayne State University. Gail began her career as a public-school art teacher in Michigan before launching Gail Goldin Designs, a Los Angeles–based jewelry business. For 26 years, her designs were sought after by collectors and sold in galleries, boutiques, and national retailers.

Today, Gail has returned to her first love — painting. Her original watercolors and drawings, including pieces exhibited at the Barnsdall Art Fair, capture warmth, whimsy, and detail in every brushstroke. Most recently, she has expanded her creative repertoire to include acrylics. Gail collaborated with Kristin Hoyt Siyahian to create dog’s-eye–view watercolors in Lola and the Herd and Lily Is Scared of Lola.
